Discipline Decisions

Legislation requires the publishing of decisions made by the Discipline Committee during public hearings.  

Any information that could reveal the identity of witnesses, patients or other third parties has been removed.  

The College’s public register holds information about current allegations or previous decisions of:

  • Professional misconduct
  • Incompetence
  • Incapacity
