COO Board By-Election

As a result of a vacancy on the COO Board of Directors, we are announcing a by-election in District 5 (Toronto). The successful candidate will serve on the COO’s Board of Directors for the remainder of the current term, which runs until December 31, 2026.

Key Dates

• Nomination Period: Nominations open November 7, 2025, and close November 19, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.
• Voting Period: Voting opens January 24, 2026, and closes February 6, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.

How do I seek a Nomination?
