Regulatory Amendments

Regulations are approved by the Ontario Government following public consultation and review by the Ontario Ministry of Health. The COO is authorized to make regulations under the section 95(1) of the Health Professions Procedural Code, which is Schedule 2 to the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991.

Approved Regulatory Amendments

Professional Misconduct Regulation (Ontario Regulation 828/93): Amendments to this regulation have been approved to come into force July 1, 2024. Click here to read a summary of key changes.

Proposed Regulatory Amendments
